Overall a great service from the store manager of PC world in Wakefield who was friendly, efficient and helped us with a difficult decision and sale of a laptop with all the accessories giving us all the necessary information required many thanks!

We went to this store a couple of days ago for a cooker, asked one member of staff for help she forgot about us, then seemed in rush to get rid as we asked awkward questions ie why they had so few on display she said it's not a big store, I pointed out there were dozens of fridges & freezers maybe they should swap a few. The other member of staff we asked about a stereo kept looking over us to the door as if we were stopping him doing something far more important! When we went back a young woman I asked for advice about 2 stereos was very helpful and friendly, maybe the other two need refreshing on customer service, and manners as the store wasn't very busy.

Won't be using Currys anymore...travelled to collect after reserving th item to find there were none in stock at any of their stores... V v unhappy

Trying to resolve an issue currently still on hold with customer services up to press been holding 22 mins,,shocking! This after I had been promised a call back on wednesday,,its now saturday..after I had been told to collect my order in store on Monday..got there waited 40 mins in store to collect after being advised by email..guess what no sign of my order,,,shocking customer services....

Just called this place and the guy on the end of the phone told me that the or there web site for customers are basically Poo. He said that the customer web site was totally different to the stores.So be very careful when you order on line.
